Pizza Hut Digital Ventures is looking for a passionate, driven, commercially astute individual contributor to be a key part of the new technology team within Yum!.

You will be responsible for driving growth on our digital platforms (Web, apps, and whatever the future may bring) in LAI and Canada partnering with a small team in Product, UX, Engineering, Analytics and Delivery on ideas that drive customer, Franchisees and business unit value in Asia whilst delivering within the overall PHDV financial budget.

We are looking for a strong results focused business leader with excellent people management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead teams through change while delivering a world class customer experience.


We are looking for an experienced Digital Merchandising Lead to join our team and hit the ground running as a multi-market merchandiser to support our LAI markets and Canada and help drive growth for our franchises and business management units.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day, leading a campaign production team in driving our markets’ campaign schedules and production activities, and staying on top of the quality and timely execution of digital campaign assets in a fast-paced environment across two eCommerce platforms.

You will thrive in this type of situation and have the skills to ensure you support and develop efficient, effective delivery, whilst keeping market satisfaction high.

You will have a firm grasp of Digital Production and Technical product management capabilities but also be aware of the commercial impact of the work you and your team do. You should be able to effectively plan, control and close projects, and evolve processes and drive continuous improvement, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress along the way. This is a great opportunity for anyone that wants a stepping stone into a product role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact and liaison between internal PHDV teams, external suppliers, vendors and the market contacts.
  • Managing many stakeholders (business management units and franchises), integrated team members and key resources through the end to end delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Triaging production and market requests. Help to identify solutions to problems and assign them to the right team members or suppliers to resolve in a timely manner
  • Project Management duties; scoping and planning, resource organization, reporting, risk mitigation and status and communication.
  • Obtaining timely signoff of deliverables, phases and final project acceptance documents.

Essential Skills/Competencies

  • Preferably from a product related background
  • Proven track record at managing and delivering digital communications campaigns
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience vendor or partner management experience preferable
  • Ability to analyze and communicate technical requirements between internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with digital measurement and reporting tools (Jira and Trello a must), also agency stakeholders involved in this process (e.g. planning, design, tech)
  • Experience implementing processes and ensuring quality of delivery (Agile methodologies a must)
  • Sound knowledge of web and related technologies
  • Ability to get team members from different disciplines to come together as a team and ability to lead team members to deliver on schedule and within budget constraints in a constructive manner
  • Multi-tasking of multiple projects keeping on top of current status and forward plans (being proactive is a must)
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of Agile Project Management and appropriate methodologies and processes; PMP certification from PMI, or Prince 2 certification strongly desired
  • Experience in eCommerce experience in food or retail a plus
  • Analytical skillset
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
