Role Title: Junior Recruiter/ Account Management Executive

Location: Reston, VA- Comtech’s HQ Office (Working from home available)

Duration: Full time (permanent)

Experience Level: 0-1 year

 

Job Description

  • Partners with hiring managers across teams to understand their business objectives and hiring needs and develop the recruitment strategy and ways to build a talent pipeline accordingly.
  • Performed all activities related to sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, pre-employment validation and presenting offers.
  • Developed and maintained a highly successful recruitment and referral network.
  • Handled all interview scheduling, reference checks, and on-site interview experience.
  • Ensured that all positions were posted in a timely manner and in compliance with the company and brand guidelines.
  • Responsible for keeping all positions up to date and accurate.
  • Attended job fairs with the recruiter as necessary.
  • Ensured that all documentation is collected from each interviewee including application and new hire paperwork.
