We are growing rapidly and searching for Senior Software Engineer in Test in our San Diego, CA office who can take us to the next level. Are you up for the challenge?

RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Designing, developing, executing and maintaining automated tests based on product requirements and specifications for HTTP REST based services
  • Investigating, logging and escalating as appropriate the defects identified during automated testing
  • Release verification using integration and regression testing
  • Working with the development team to analyze project requirements with the goal of increasing automated test coverage
  • Collaborating with other Software Engineers in Test on the continual improvement of our automated testing tools and strategies
  • Acting as an advocate for test automation and train and support other team members as appropriate
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the CoStar\\LoopNet\\Apartments business


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field


  • 3 + years of industry experience as a Software Engineer or Software Engineer in Test
  • Experience developing in C# .NET and WebAPI
  • Deep experience with test automation strategies and tools, such as Test Cafe, Selenium Web Driver, MS Test, or Test Complete
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming
  • Understanding of quality assurance testing methodologies and the software development life cycle


  • Fluent in SQL and relational databases, including experience testing relational database-backed applications
  • History of partnering and collaborating with software development teams
