We are conducting search for Desktop Support Engineer for one of our clients. This will be an on-site position based in Reston,VA.

- Experience with on-premise to O365 migration.
- Pre-migration is good from planning experiences and what to expect.
- Post-migration administration and desktop is a must.
- The qualified individual will have first hand experience with having preformed or supported such a migration and cutover.
- Supporting both the admin side for setting up policies and procedures as well as managing licensing and users permissions.
- Intimate knowledge with desktop support for Windows and Mac platforms for Outlook and native Mail applications.
- Must also have experience is setting up and managing mobile devices, iPhone, Android, iPad, and tablets. Mainly with Outlook, but also native mail apps. Must be able to quickly diagnose and remedy user issues, both in person and remote via Teams/Zoom.
- Conducts basic troubleshooting for desktop and laptop computers.
- Applies migration from previous PC and executes PC hardware moves.
