Position Description:



The PCM lead will join a global team where strategy, planning and execution share a common schedule and plan. The NA PCM Lead will be focused on Google to MS 365 communications and training (while other regions may be migrating from an existing MS platform).



Represent NA region in the global meetingsAttend weekly team meetings with PCM TowerInterface with MS ACM team for strategy/statusProvide information, access to people and resources, systems, and a work environment to MS. Participate in workshops or meetings in order to gather required information. Schedule interviews with stakeholders and target users. Name executive business and IT sponsors and commit them to their assigned roles in the governance structure. Name change management lead and team and commit them to their assigned roles in the governance structure. Liaison between the Customer human resources (HR) department who will grant access to anonymized data that includes a breakdown of employees by role across target geographies and office locations. This information will be used to develop targeted communications and an adoption strategy.Create PCM planCreate weekly status reportsPresent full PCM status to regional program sponsor on a quarterly (at minimum) basisManage communications lead in NA Create and manage project schedule, issues, risks, decisions - roll up status to program levelImplement communication plan - coordinate with communications teams in NA - corporate comm, EUS comm leadSocialize PCM plan and strategy with NA executive leadershipCreate the MS Collaboration Champions (CC) and Coach networkConduct weekly meetings with MS CC teamStaff and manage all adoption related activitiesWork with the Microsoft consultant to conduct workshops and develop scenarios. Coordinate the scenario prioritization workshop with leaders who can make decisions about change.Communicate and coordinate user participation in the survey. Promote user participation in the surveyProvide Microsoft with access to survey data.Build adoption metrics, collect, analyze, report, manage, and solve issuesManage day-to-day activities of the project. Coordinate the activities of the team to deliver deliverables according to the project schedule.Launch roadshow of MS Migration program to all business areas/CC teamsManage CC network - communications, waterfall information, townhalls, presentations, workshops, adoption labsManage and execute training planWork with LMS team for creation of MS training catalogCreate/Update global portal - NA regional differences (if any)Create bi-weekly newsletter (if defined in strategy) or comm campaignReview (including translations) all communications with NA Comm specialist and global teamExecute adoption strategy (TBD)Manage 8 main pillars of PCM: sponsorship, coaching, change network, communications, training, measurement, resistance management and recognition practicesParticipate in necessary workshops or meetings to gather required information. Commit executive sponsors, members of the change network, manager coalition, communications, and training and learning to appropriate roles and responsibilities as needed to support the change Send communicationsConduct end user formal technical training. (A partner or Microsoft subcontractor can be assigned to do this work)Carry out sponsorship activities.Fulfill change network responsibilitiesRecognize and reward the observed behavioral changes that were defined in the Assessment phase.
