Job Description

Job Role: Technical Product Analyst

Location : Morrisville, North Carolina

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and design solutions that are built on top of current Evaluate and undertake impact analyses on major design options and assess associated risks.
  • Do proof of concepts by working with development teams with evaluation matrix through final recommendation. 
  • Ability to learn and troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of issues ranging through hardware, operating system, application, network, and information security platforms while working closely with a variety of infrastructure teams and business users to quickly arrive at inventive and long-term solutions.
  • Contribute to solution scoping and effort sizing with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay informed on technology trends and product roadmaps to make strategic solution architecture recommendations.
  • Understand consumer behavior, key consumer barriers to adoption and be able to effectively incorporate insights into the development of a comprehensive solutions that support Marketing Strategy
  • Analyze and model the business processes & activities, identify areas of improvement to leverage the right people, digital capabilities & experience to drive maximum productivity, process automation, excellence, engagement, efficiency, effectiveness and business value
  • Collaborate with other digital transformation teams to drive great engagement and experiences, streamline and optimize business processes, harness the best of data to drive business insights and intelligence and drive overall innovation
  • Run experiments and evangelize A/B tests through marketing tools and tweak variants to reach statistical significance and derive hypothesis from results.
  • Act as a trusted business process advisor to drive towards process automation & excellence across all the customer & consumer lifecycle touchpoints, interactions and channels
  • Perform business process assessment of the current state - including technology, experience, business and data.
  • Design the future state business process architecture to drive the maximum user experience, productivity and value - to include process flow diagrams, heat maps, and data flow diagrams.
  • Write user stories, define acceptance criteria as part of an Agile project framework that:
  • Directly support primary objectives of the project.
  • Are appropriate in size for iterative, incremental development.
  • Provide detailed test cases and acceptance criteria
  •  Research data and systems issues; prioritize resolutions and drive technical discussions to ensure rapid resolution and implementation of required fix.
  • Break down strategies into phased roadmaps according to Customer priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependencies
  • Contribute to Consumers digital marketing strategies based on industry best practices
  • Define and manage the solution architecture from idea to implementation ensuring that solution supports the business objectives, while maintaining the integrity of the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Understand requirements, clearly articulate options and solutions, communicate pros and cons and participate in the decision-making process related to the solution architecture.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure situations, while developing sound implementation approaches which solve the business problem or environment which they support.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
 
  • MS Degree in Computer Science.
  • 8 + years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: product management; agile project/program management; agile and/or lean software development, Software Development and Software development Engineer in test [SDET]
  • 3 + Years of software development is a must
  • 3 + years of Agile and Scrum development process
  • 5 + years of Software development Engineer in test both manual and automation test frameworks
  • 2 + years of product management role
  • Experience is REST /Graph QL API, and SOA architecture principles
  • Experience in Java development is a must
  • Experience in Python, Ruby scripting languages is a must
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes on cloud like AWS/Google is a must
  • Mobile Automation tools is a must
  • Experience is software development tools like Jira, CI/CD tools, Bamboo etc
  • Internet / Retail / eCommerce experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile, social, and omni-channel customer journeys.
  • Usability, UX and design experience.
  • Prior experience in delivery of features / capabilities supporting omni-channel.
  • Retail buying/merchandising experience.
  • Resource management and supervision of junior members of staff.
  • Familiarity and comfort navigating large corporate organizations.
  • SDET experience is an addition to the  role
  • Experience in managing UAT, FRT and Automation test execution
  • Experience in Requirements traceability matrix
  • PMP certification is a Plus
