Senior IT Service Desk Technician - Onsite

Job Description

The Sr. IT Service Desk Technician is to provide expert-level support to client end user environments. This is an onsite support role, no work from home. You must have 3 - 5 years demonstrable skills & experience as a Level 2 - 3 service desk technician in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities.

  1. Executive support White glove service
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service
  3. Install and configure workstations and software.
  4. New user desk setup/take down monitors, docking station, cable wiring etc.
  5. Computer equipment maintenance Hardware/software update and clean up
  6. Mobile phone distribution and support with mobile device management software.
  7. Hardware shipment receiving and distribution Keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer, docking station etc.
  8. Hardware troubleshooting Keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer, docking station etc.
  9. Hardware inventory management
  10. Network troubleshooting network ports, ethernet cables
  11. Software troubleshooting
  12. Manage work queue in ServiceNow.
  13. Additional tasks as assigned by the IT manager

Requirements.

  1. Experience with Windows 7, 10, & 11
  2. Experience with MacOS and iOS
  3. Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  4. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, SCCM
  5. Experience with ticketing systems
  6. Experience with computer imaging.
  7. Experience with video conferencing systems.
  8. Experience with security software such as Multi-factor authentication, Antivirus, web filtering, encryption, etc.
  9. Good verbal and written communication skills
  10. Professional and courteous demeanor and attire.
  11. May train, coach, or assist less experience team members.
  12. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  13. Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  14. A+, Network+, and MCP certification are a plus
