Job Description

Work will include
  • Employee on & off-boarding and systems provisioning
  • End user support for Laptops (95% Mac, 5% PC), desktop software (Office) and SaaS applications (Google, SFDC, Zoom, Jira, etc.)
  • Zoom/Zoom Room/Scheduler support
  • SaaS application administration
  • Helping to define and improve IT processes and procedures
  • IT projects to support business departments
Background:
  • 3-5 years experience in a Help Desk or IS support role
  • Familiar with Mac Os and Windows support
  • Experience with Google apps required
  • Experience with user support of Zoom, Jira, LucidChart, Okta a plus
