Regular L2/L3 support for MES utilizing ticket tools in use at facility for IT.
◦Meeting with technical SME in case of any new requirement and getting prior approval to start working on change
◦Co-ordination with other vendor Citrix, Infra, wintel and DB teams
◦Maintain system lifecycle documentation up-to-date
◦Support in MES installation/patching
◦Other application support and Infra support coordination activities for USMB site depending on the capacity
