Job Purpose or Summary:
o Proven work experience as a Help desk manager 5+ years
o Hands on experience with help desk and remote-control software
o Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience o Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
o Excellent written and verbal communications skills
o Team management skills o BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field o CMMI certification
