Job Description

We are searching for an individual who wants to join our team on an exciting cyber security program directly affecting multiple federal agencies.

The ideal candidate will apply their consulting skills to accomplish Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain objectives. You will be experienced, or highly interested in getting involved in the cyber security field and working with experienced cyber professionals.

You will be capable of developing an understanding of cyber requirements, via on the job training, including policy, law, regulations, acquisitions, training, or other categories.

Job Description

Key Role:

Engaging in the implementation, deployment, and transition of Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) tools across diverse, federated, and geographically dispersed Federal Civilian Departments and Agencies.

Management consulting involved with strategic planning and programmatic operations

Ability to perform business process analysis with client stakeholders to understand functional requirements for tool delivery.

Working collaboratively with team members across all parts of the program to support high-quality, on-time delivery to clients.

Applying a wide variety of documentation, analytical, and project management techniques to effectively support the program s technical staff and achieve program success.

Conducting analysis to maintain and report on program-defined metrics.

Leveraging industry best practices to help define and govern program-wide business or development processes.

Basic Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience applying expertise in consultative project management (desired: in an IT environment)

Experience with schedule management, complex problem resolution, or performance management

Experience interfacing with senior government staff, or contractor program manager staff

Experience developing and managing program-level and executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefings

Experience engaging stakeholders at various levels to define business objectives and prioritize goals

Experience supporting design initiatives for governance models, Cyber policy, or business process updates and improvements

Experience analyzing project-specific business metrics, including procurement data, staffing data, or financial data

Ability to obtain a security clearance

BA or BS degree


-PMP, MBA or MS degree in Management or a related field
