Job Description

  • As a Project Manager/Business Analyst you will work closely with Technical Delivery Managers (TDM’s), Architects and Engagement Leader’s to drive and work through IT Implementations for our Global application stakeholders.
  • You will lead strategy sessions and provide support while working with stakeholders and the delivery team to select, design, deploy and support on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead and manage projects for the design and implementation of technology-enabled business solutions.
  • Perform advisory and implementation services for clients providing system solutions to financial and human capital business needs with full suite of SAP products.
  • Define system strategies and support procedures and oversee the development of system requirements. Lead workshops regarding the development of custom objects for SAP Finance and Controlling modules. Review test scripts for assembly, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare unit and integration testing plans and manage issue and defect resolution activities for Finance using automated testing tools and SAP Solution Management.
  • Develop functional specifications to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct and document all unit, mock and system testing of mission critical scenarios.


  • Ten plus years of project management experience including leading business requirements in large-scale SAP implementations.
  • Documentation of formal requirements and use cases, ensuring the business needs are properly captured and articulated.
  • Documentation of test plans, test cases, test scripts and test suites, which ensure that the software solutions developed and tested are fit for purpose, meet business needs and are operationally sustainable.
  • Coordination and execution of testing of applications based on test plans, test cases and test scripts created ensuring delivered solution meets the requirements
  • Responsible for preparing materials needed for client meetings (PowerPoint slides, supporting analysis) and communicating decisions made and action items agreed to post the meeting.
  • Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of necessary escalations, producing and maintaining applicable project tasks and status reporting within a project team.
  • Collaborates with technical delivery team members to maximize and leverage the understanding of business solution functional and technical requirements
  • Directs and monitors development and cutover activities to ensure the traceability and optimum coverage of requirements by defined test plans, test cases and test scripts.
  • Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the detailed functional and technical requirements.
  • Manages the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions; Provides senior management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status.
  • Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution.
  • Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Accounting or a related field.


  • PMP helpful but not required.
  • Project Development Lifecycle methodology a must, ASAP/Agile methodology preferred.
  • S/4 HANA for Financial Accounting.
