Business analyst to collect and elaborate requirements from the business SMEs for the small enhancements for Client as part of the managed services contract for the same which encompasses all of their applications in their enterprise.
Application SME and provides Application Solution Support for underwriters, support teams, IT, Agent, business users and vendors
Business requirements Management
• Gather Requirement, Analyze and prepare Business Specification. Schedule and organize meetings with customers such as application users and stakeholders to interview, debrief and gather requirements and provide solutions.
Application support and Testing
• Help the team in Application Support, provide problem solutions and respond to the questions, help in resolving complex technical and application issues. Coordinate and translate application issues to IT. Provide user acceptance testing and functional testing support for the team for conformance of requirements in the release plan.
• Consult, coordinate and manage all the in-house forms authoring for both PL and CL development and releases.
• Work with Team to address turn around on rate table changes. Develop, test and deliver rate table changes and release to vendor and IT team. Once the application is in house will need to organize and facilitate rate table changes.
• Work with customers to help navigate the application and identify errors in programming. Evaluate to determine if it is an error or enhancement. Once that is determined the work is then put through the process that has been identified to support defects and enhancements.
