Senior Analyst (PMCCS-21-0469-F):
Bowhead seeks a Senior Analyst to provide support for the PMCCS contract at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. Candidate must have an understanding of international cooperation programs and regulations. Candidate will assist in providing technical and analytical recommendations to assigned PM CCS Project Officers regarding technologies, concepts, and/or systems in the investigation of relevant technologies and solutions with application to requirements. The candidate shall coordinate with various lead points of contacts in order to provide efficient Program Management Support. Candidate shall assist in analyzing documentation and organization of Operation and Organization Plans, Scenario and Vignette development, Modeling and Simulations, Concept of Employment, System Parameter establishment, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) System Support Package (SSP), System Training Plan (STRAP), Critical Operational Issues Criteria (COIC), Operation Mode Summary/Mission Profile (OMS/MP), Measure of Performance and Measures of Effectiveness.
Essential functions will include:
• Supervision of contractor Analyst personnel assigned to PM CCS programs
• Coordination with PM CCS for Program Budget Execution (PBE) reporting
• Budget review reporting to Department of Army (DA) G-3, G-5, and G-8
• Reporting of Analysis of significant program data
• Make recommendation regarding technologies and solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. A graduate degree in Business is also desired, but not required.
• Should have at least 10 - 15 years professional experience as an Analyst and supervisory experience on complex or similar programs relevant to the PM CCS programs
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. Possessing an active Secret clearance preferred. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
