We are looking to hire a high-energy ServiceNow Performance Analytics subject matter expert (SME) to lead a client in the rollout of the Performance Analytics application. You should have experience providing best-practice guidance to clients on dashboard and reporting in ServiceNow. You should feel comfortable leading workshops with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to identify dashboard and reporting requirements and then seeing through the configuration and development to production. You will be comfortable operating in a collaborative team-oriented environment, while also being able to lead as an individual contributor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Business stakeholders to discuss KPIs/Dashboards/Reports
  • Visualize and develop wireframes or prototype dashboards/reports
  • Identify points needed for KPIs/Dashboards/Reports
  • Performing gap analysis of data points against current data enrichment needs
  • Configure any required jobs to address data gaps
  • Schedule collection for any required snapshots
  • Implement data enrichment
  • Configure KPIs/Dashboards/Reports
  • Initial testing of deliverable
  • User acceptance testing
  • Deploy KPIs/Dashboards/Reports into production
  • Provide training to business users, as needed
  • Support stability, daily operations and troubleshooting of platform
  • Document requested changes/improvements in new user stories

Required Skills:

  • Experience with installing, configuring, coding, and integrating the Performance Analytics application of ServiceNow
  • Agile, DevOps, including automation test set-up
  • Strong problem solving, communication and writing skills
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work on concurrent multiple efforts/projects, activities and tasks under time constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team-based environments
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist Performance Analytics is a plus
