Title: Desk Side Support Tech (DSS) Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Duration: 12 Months The ideal candidate should have previous experience in imaging the machines through SCCM. The candidate must be able to maintain a balance between high productivity and high quality to meet the needs of an extremely demanding and challenging client base. The Tech should be able to build machine, co-ordinate with user for the laptop/desktop setup, ship the assets, work with user in configuring the profile.
