Overview: This position will support our client's unified communications as a service (UCaaS) program to migrate the enterprise on-premise legacy voice system to the cloud. This candidate will be responsible for technical support, including configuration, deployment, testing, support and troubleshooting for the County's Microsoft Teams Phone voice network.
