Description Service Desk Group: Team is made up of both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk individuals. This individual team is about 5 Service Desk Techs. This team end users are all internal users to help keep the business running. The environment is 100% Windows 10. The virtual environment is VMware. They also use ServiceNow as their ticketing system, but are open to seeing individuals with other ticketing systems experience.
