Description Deskside Support Technician is responsible for executing device lifecycle management activities including fulfillment, provisioning, deployment, support and asset disposition. IT hardware asset and Inventory (Utilizing ServiceNow to do so.) Facilitate and track all shipments for hardware / asset deployments both remotely and onsite - Handle any and all shipping requirements. Troubleshooting and Resolution of Tier 2/3 escalated technical issues Support and Troubleshooting of Audio V
