Our direct client is a highly successful B-to-C firm, developing and preparing to implement a new SalesForce Service Cloud based application for their customer service agents to use when talking to customers and taking orders. We are seeking an experienced training / Learning and Development specialist to work as a consultant on this project, working closely with the client to plan and develop the training plan, training materials, and participate in some of the live training as well.
