14+ years of experience in telecom OSS domain, with at least 5 years in a technical architect role.Strong understanding of OSS domains.Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with telecom network domains: IP, transport, RAN, 5G, SDN/NFV.Proficient in programming/scripting languages: Python, Shell, or JavaScript.Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms.
