Automates the generation of executable software and installation into target environments. Serves as an expert in designing, implementing and maintaining software test automation test frameworks/solutions. Acts as a lead to a team of engineers developing and maintaining application software and database packages.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using IaC, RPA, and orchestration.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Develop Terraform/CloudFormation templates for cloud resource provisioning.
- Create Ansible/PowerShell automation scripts for configuration management.
- Implement monitoring and alerting automation (AIOps integration).
- Develop self-service portals and automation workflows.
- Train operational staff on automation tools and best practices.
- Document automation processes and maintain code repositories.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in DevOps, automation, or infrastructure engineering.
- Active Secret clearance
Other Job Specific Skills- Expert in: Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Git/GitLab.
- Strong knowledge: AWS/Azure APIs, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), container platforms.
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) preferred.
- Engineer 3 3 or similar certification preferred.
