#### **Primary Responsibilities**
- Configure, customize, and enhance the Naehas platform to address evolving business requirements.
- Architect and refine data models, configure business modules, and optimize platform workflows within Naehas.
- Develop, test, and manage dynamic templates for client communications and automate associated business processes.
- Design, build, and maintain secure integrations between Naehas and key enterprise systems leveraging APIs and industry standards.
- Monitor solution health, analyze operational data, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve platform issues in a timely manner.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including business analysts, system architects, and other engineers to ensure delivery of robust, scalable solutions.
#### **Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering, configuring, or supporting enterprise-scale platforms; direct Naehas platform experience is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Naehas set-up, including data modeling, configuration of business logic, and development of communication workflows.
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, and relational database queries using SQL.
- Strong familiarity with Customer Communications Management (CCM) systems, enterprise data flows, and integration best practices.
- Previous experience operating within Agile/Scrum teams, employing strong analytical and critical thinking to solve complex technical challenges.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or regulated industries highly desirable.
#### **Desired Skills & Certifications**
- Relevant certifications in Naehas, API development, or CCM platforms.
- Experience working with major financial institutions or Fortune 500 companies.
- Background in data security, compliance, or regulatory workflows is a plus.
