How do I change my password or get help logging in?

Security is important to you and to us. 


If you’ve forgotten your password or accidentally locked the account, click Forgot Password? on the login screen.


We encourage regular password changes to reduce your risk of exposure and avoid a number of other security risks. Many security guidelines have recommended frequent password changes, usually between 30 and 180 days.

To change your password from within your account:

 

  1. Sign into your Dice account, click your name in the header, and select Settings.
     
  2. Scroll down the page to the Password section and click Change Password.



  3. Enter your new password into the two fields and click Update Password.
     

Note: Login credentials are case sensitive. Passwords have an 8 character minimum, and require at least 1 number and 1 letter.
