To stay compliant with evolving data privacy laws, Dice is adding a new work permit option on candidate profiles.

When filling out a profile, candidates now have the option to select "Prefer not to answer" when providing work permit information.

For employers, this information will be displayed as “Work Permit: Unspecified” in TalentSearch, and “Unspecified Work Authorization” within a job application.
