Will contribute to the development of new memory products by assisting with the overall conception, design, and optimization of Basestd memory circuits. Perform circuit and full-chip simulations using standard industry simulators. Perform silicon versus schematic versus layout verification on required Basestd circuits. Assist in silicon design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions. Communicate BKM's to entire department. Drive Basestd circuit solutions with focus on full-chip environment and effects. Provide design project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource management of designers, and layout designers. Evaluate and drive potential new solutions and enhancements on future products. Contribute to the overall success of the Basestd design team, and each project team involved. Provide accurate and useful documentation and implement guidelines related his circuits and responsibilities. Release circuits and material focused on making it easy for design teams to take circuit information and implement into their full chips without errors or need for many questions.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
