Title: Application Programmer V

Location: South East Region (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$45.27-$64.67/Hrs

Description
* Responsible for developing complex requirements, enhancing, modifying, and maintaining applications in the Financial Crimes technology domain.
* Design, code, test, debug, and document programs as well as support activities for application maintenance.
* Work closely with business partners to define requirements for system applications.
* Contribute to story refinement and requirement definition, and estimate work necessary through the delivery lifecycle.
* Setup and automate continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline.
* Handle technical aspects of the application, including Change Management, Maintenance, and Platform Upgrades.
* Ensure best practices and governance are followed in data sourcing and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop plans with business partners to sustain changes and measure ongoing success.
* Analyze present-state, develop alternative future-state approaches, and facilitate implementation.
* Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables and timelines.
* Ensure Agile practices are followed and all Enterprise Change Standards are met.

Qualifications
* 10 years of applicable experience in software development.
* Strong data sourcing, data modeling, and provisioning skills for large-scale financial data initiatives.
* Experience with database-intensive development, data migrations, and conversions.
* Knowledge and experience in SQL performance tuning.
* Experience in Agile, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and change management.
* Good knowledge of Unix and development of shell scripts.
* BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline.
