Job Details
Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Developer
Location: San Francisco, CA

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configuration.
Implement Health Cloud capabilities such as Care Plans, Patient Timeline, Provider Networks, and Referral Management to support clinical and operational workflows.
Build and maintain integrations with EHR/EMR systems and other platforms using APIs (REST/SOAP), HL7, or FHIR standards.
Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality technical deliverables.
Maintain technical documentation, data models, and integration designs.
Ensure code quality through unit tests, peer reviews, and adherence to development best practices.
Participate in agile sprints, release management, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or similar).
Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend platform improvements.
Ensure all solutions adhere to HIPAA and organizational security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 1+ year specifically with Health Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools.
Experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and workflows.
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and Git-based version control.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a hybrid work model with on-site collaboration in San Francisco three days per week.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools.
Experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and workflows.

Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional certification (must have).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
