Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IS Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone passionate about driving process improvements through data-driven insights and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze non-IT business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and assess performance.
- Develop frameworks to evaluate financial payback and return on investment (ROI) for proposed initiatives.
- Prepare documentation outlining current and future state processes.
- Recommend alternative solutions and support decision-making with clear, data-backed insights.
- Facilitate communication between process owners and solution developers to ensure alignment and understanding.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a business intelligence or process improvement context.
- Experience with SAP, SQL, and ETL preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess process performance and articulate improvement opportunities.
- Experience preparing ROI statements and financial assessments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
