Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking a Network Operations Project Manager for an exciting remote opportunity with our Telecommunications client!

Skillsets and Requirements:
  • Will be supporting South Region Technology organization. Alternative Coverage Solutions team.
  • Working on DAS and in-building deployment projects.
  • Onsite (Frisco, TX) preferred. Remote considered.
  • 5+ years relevant experience required.
  • Support the DAS and in-building team by managing deployment and hard cost activities for various projects.
  • You will work closely with the Alternative Coverage Solutions leads and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks related to deployment, construction, and integration of projects.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate hard cost activities for multiple projects, manage implementation vendors, schedules, equipment orders, and purchase orders
  • Communicate with landlords, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate project delivery and resolve issues, ensure timely handoffs between stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of hard cost schedules, documents, data, and transactions in the database and project management system
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on construction and hard cost status, progress, and issues to the program leads and other relevant parties
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for construction and hard cost components of projects
  • Support the leads with other project coordination tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
