Architectural Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager or licensed/unlicensed Architect to join our growing construction and design team.

Our practice offers a wide range of services, including conceptual design, project leadership, code and accessibility compliance, facility assessments, adaptive reuse, renovations and additions, historic restoration, campus and master planning, interior layouts, structural coordination, and construction-phase support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare drawings and documentation for permitting and construction phases
  • Translate schematic and preliminary designs into detailed construction documents
  • Coordinate project documents with internal managers and external consultants
  • Provide space planning and site layout solutions for active projects
  • Research and apply building codes, zoning requirements, and other regulations
  • Develop presentation materials such as color renderings, elevations, and site plans
  • Participate in client meetings and collaborate with engineers and project managers across multiple disciplines
  • Review project scopes and ensure alignment with overall objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with commercial, warehouse, distribution, or cold storage projects
  • Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; visualization/rendering skills are preferred
  • Licensure is a plus, but not required—mentorship and support are available for candidates pursuing registration
  • Portfolio or recent work samples must accompany applications
  • This is an in-office role
