Responsibilities:
- Workshop Leadership: Lead AS-IS/TO-BE workshops to map GEP Procurement processes to Ariba B&I and SCC.
- Solution Design: Architect and implement Ariba modules with seamless S/4HANA integration.
- Project Delivery: Support the complete SAP Ariba lifecycle from requirement gathering to cutover.
- Integration: Ensure robust data flow between Ariba and S/4HANA across procurement and supply chain modules.
- Testing & Training: Drive SIT, UAT, regression testing, and provide end-user training and documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary POC for key business and IT stakeholders.
- Support & Optimization: Offer ongoing support and enhancements post-go-live. Provide analytical insights using Ariba and S/4HANA reporting tools.
Qualifications:
- Master s/Bachelor s degree in CS, IT, or related field (Master s preferred)
- 11+ years of SAP experience
- SAP Certification preferred
- Experience with GEP to Ariba transformation projects
- Proficient in data integration, migration, and Ariba configuration
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
