Position Summary

Join a high-impact Enterprise Performance team at the forefront of digital transformation. We work with public sector organizations to drive operational excellence across finance, procurement, and supply chain through SAP S/4HANA and related technologies. As a strategic advisor and SAP functional expert, you'll play a key role in delivering enterprise solutions that improve performance and compliance while enabling long-term value.

Work You'll Do

  • Analyze and interpret business requirements to develop functional specifications in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), Grants Management (GM), Ariba, PPS, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA FI, CO, FM, and GM modules to align with public sector financial and compliance processes.
  • Design and deploy SAP Ariba and SAP Procurement for Public Sector (PPS) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with S/4HANA and alignment with procurement regulations.
  • Optimize and configure SAP Supply Chain Management modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to support full end-to-end logistics and operational workflows.
  • Document future-state business processes, system design, configurations, and integration points.
  • Participate in all phases of the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Support data migration, system integration, and cutover planning across financial, procurement, and supply chain functions.
  • Lead and support functional and integration testing (SIT/UAT) activities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and PPS features, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and enhancements to ensure compliance and increase ROI.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP functional configuration within S/4HANA.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: FI-CO, FM/GM, SAP Ariba/PPS, or SAP Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations including configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs (0 80%).

Preferred:

  • SAP S/4HANA certifications in Finance, Controlling, FM, GM, or Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba and PPS implementations and integrations.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, SAP Fiori apps, and data migration tools.
  • Existing federal security clearance (Secret or higher).
