Join our Team as a Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist!

The Role:

The Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist supports the TMHNA's product compliance activities by collaborating with various teams to ensure product compliance with industry standards. This role involves supporting the assessment of product compliance, implementing product compliance plans, and completing necessary internal and external documentation to achieve and maintain compliance to global regulations and standards.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the coordination and implementation of various testing and compliance strategies, by working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with test lab teams and engineers to determine testing requirements, test plans and data acquisition to ensure completion of compliance activities.
  • Monitor test results and share information with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Create technical writings to properly document and communicate results of testing and other compliance activities.
  • Support process improvements by helping to identifying opportunities for improvement and by creating, modifying, or documenting identified new test procedures, equipment setup procedures, and good practices by engineers and lab engineers.


What We're Looking For:

Required
  • Strong commitment to compliance, confidentiality, integrity, and ethical behavior.
  • High School Diploma, or High School Equivalency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business or technological field.
  • Experience with Technical Writing
  • General knowledge and understanding of product compliance regulations
  • Ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity


Preferred
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or technology.
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to interface with cross-functional teams at all levels within the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams a plus)

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Wage- $21.52 - $40.33 depending on candidate's experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
