Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly
Description: Position Title: Oracle ERP/System Analyst IV

Required Skills: Oracle ERP (support/troubleshooting), data analysis/cleansing, MS Suite (Advanced Excel, Powerpoint), project mgmt skills

Nice to have skills: Oracle Supply Chain Systems/Inventory Systems, OnPrem to Cloud Fusion migration, Smartsheets

Location: Philly (hybrid - 4 days)

Interview Process: May be virtual or on-site/combo - 1-2 rounds

Length: Through April of 2025 - will continue to extend, may convert down the line

Project/Team:

Team: This is the supply chain systems and solution team - their scope of responsibility is going through an oracle upgrade (from Oracle 12 OnPrem to Oracle Cloud Fusion). One of their main resources is working almost 100% on the project, this will be the second addition that will relieve stress from the team - he is primarily Oracle from a background perspective, so any Oracle OnPrem experience to Cloud migration, but any Oracle ERP experience is preferred around the Oracle Cloud Inventory Module is specific. It's a very nice to have - areas of responsibilities are around other applications or systems/solutions applications, no one would have expertise in them being 3rd party or grown applications, but they would need to support some of their team with managing those applications (project mgmt is a plus). Only 3 months in to the Fusion journey.

Ideal Candidate:

-4+ years of experience performing data analysis/cleaning ++ Advanced Excel skills

Must have experience with Oracle ERP systems - ideally Oracle OnPrem, Oracle Cloud Fusion (Inventory Module preferred)

Any Oracle OnPrem experience to Cloud migration, but any Oracle ERP experience is preferred around the Oracle Cloud Inventory Module is specific.

Working in Oracle ERP applications or systems/solutions applications is fine - they don't need the specific module because Comcast customized it/very complex database

Using Oracle 12 OnPr one would have expertise in many of them being 3rd party or grown applications

Open for a well rounded individual - but they must understand Oracle ERP tables/systems

Need someone with strong communication and soft skills to be able to execute on the team.

Help support members of their team with managing those applications.

Any skills in project management they can bring to the table is ideal as they can assist in execution of migration as needed

Day to Day:

-Within Oracle ERP - Handle enhancement requests, manage 3rd party resources for development, testing, requirements gathering, and moving to production.

They would need to support some of their team with managing those applications from a data perspective to prepare for the migration - Oracle & MS Suite Applications

This person will help the primary Oracle team member the other area of they need help is around data cleansing and analysis - they want to clean up some of their legacy data to prepare for the cloud migration.

Handling Intake around systems that require IT support - they manage tickets in Jira when assigned

Linked Smartsheet intakes to Jira - so you can see your tasks assigned all in Smartsheet

Primary tool is MS applications - use Smartsheets, Jira to track ticketing

Help with building presentations and relevant analysis around system/update progress - understand perspective from a peer level, senior level, exec level
