Job Description:
Required Experience/Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a software developer
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development
- ServiceNow Users, Groups, Roles, User Permissions
- Service Catalog customization
- Workflow creation, customization and debugging
- Configuring UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Notifications and custom UI Pages.
- Data import and Transform Map
- ServiceNow Security including ACLs, Roles and Auditing
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer (preferred ) or Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
- Service Portal implementation
- Performance Analytics experience
- PPM experience
- Discovery/CMDB experience
- ITSM Change Management experience
