Job Details

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to support ongoing Oracle Fusion HCM operations and enhancements, including new integrations, complex reports, and module implementations. Experience with the Benefits module and Open Enrollment is highly preferred. Utilities sector background is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs
Design BIP and OTBI reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows, Extensions, and Customizations
Build and troubleshoot complex SQL/PLSQL logic
Support patch testing, module enhancements, and user issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver solutions
Document configurations and provide ongoing technical mentorship

Required Experience:

5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
Strong command of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP, Fast Formulas, REST APIs
Deep SQL/PLSQL debugging and optimization skills
Experience with Page & Application Composer, Visual Builder Studio
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SaaS/PaaS concepts
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with HCM Cloud Security, BICC, Redwood UI, and Payroll/OTL/Absence
Previous experience with utilities or energy sector clients
