Linux Fullstack Developer

Lead code reviews and assist in planning, designing, developing, and testing advanced data processing systems and dashboards within the CMS TLC framework. Perform application enhancements and build new products in all layers of the application such as UI, Web Server, Application Server, Cloud Host, Database, Reporting, DevOps, and Application Monitoring using JEE, JBoss, Ruby on Rails, MarkLogic, Red Hat, AWS, Edifecs, and other EDI and data analytical products. Work in close collaboration with the Scrum Team to ensure compliance with proposed architecture and industry development standards and best practices. Perform code reviews and present at PDRs and DDRs. Support development of technical documentation. Support IT program requirements and metrics development, definition, data quality assessment, and strategic analysis. Collect and analyze data to produce forecasts, assessments, recommendations, and reports. Provide risk management support and metrics. Participate in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of applications. Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications, diagrams, and implement in conformance with architectural and business requirements. Develop and maintain modernized and legacy systems on Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) and open-source tech stack using effective principles such as extreme programming (XP) and Test Driven Development (TDD). Identify, evaluate, tailor, and direct the implementation of vendor-supplied software packages. Prepare program level and user level documentation and training manuals as required. Develop and maintain operational and system level documentation. Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provide software conversion and implementation support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test, and production environments as part of Tier 3 support.
