Detailed Job Description:

In this role, you will:

• Configure and maintain the GCC High M365 tenant, including user accounts, licenses, security settings, and access controls.
• Experience in Microsoft Purview implementation.
• Experience in setting up CUI NIST-800-171 controls fC High Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD, Conditional Access).
• Implement and enforce security policies, compliance standards, and data protection measures.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP Moderate baseline, HIPAA, CJIS Security Policy, and other government-specific requirements.
• Knowledge of Export control ex : ITAR,EAR, NOFORN, CTI etc.
• Monitor and address security incidents, perform risk assessments, and maintain audit logs.
• Stay informed about changes in compliance standards and implement necessary adjustments.
• Monitor service health, performance, and capacity utilization within the GCC High environment.
• Optimize resource allocation, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in security audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years
