Title: Data Analyst
Location: Des Moines, IA 50266
Duration: 4 months
Must have:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analytics Specialist to support the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and analytical tools with a strong focus on CRM systems and sales/client performance reporting.
- This role will play a key part in enabling high-quality analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive business insights and strategic decision-making across sales and client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support databases, query tools, dashboards, and BI/reporting platforms tailored to sales and client performance metrics.
- Develop customized reports, ad-hoc analyses, and advanced data visualizations using CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Partner with Sales, Client Management, and Performance Analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Integrate and manage data from multiple sources including CRM systems, financial platforms, and operational databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Strong ability to synthesize large datasets into executive-level summaries.
- Experience navigating complex data environments and integrating diverse data sources.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.com.
