Job Description

ECS is seeking a Model-Based System Engineer to work in our Warner Robins, GA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.

ECS is seeking a highly qualified Model-Based Systems Engineer with an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance to work on our project at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

The candidate will be involved with product sustainment, product development, lab support, and engineering services in support of the Operational Flight Program (OFP), Test Program Set (TPS) development and support, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance software and Mission Support (MS) business lines. Candidate will assist in evaluating current systems, planning of large-scale system projects, purchasing, installing and support of network communications, including LAN/WAN systems

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performing Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) for complex programs.
  • Experience must include the ability to define, design, analyze, verify, and validate systems, ensuring that requirements and functionalities are aligned throughout the entire lifecycle of the program.
  • Must have experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect, or MagicDraw.
  • Experience should show a proficiency ins SysML/UML and familiarity with simulation and analysis tools
  • BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer/Electrical Engineering


Required Skills

Desired Skills

  • 5+ Years' experience working on DoD programs is highly desired
  • Interest in new technologies and the ability to adopt to those new technologies.
  • Possess and applies expert knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of Model-Based Engineer.
