Solutions Analyst

Job Summary:
The Solutions Analyst serves as a platform specialist focused on configuring workflows and supporting data integrations within the RMIS platform. This role translates defined business requirements into practical platform configurations, assists in ingesting and processing data, and helps build foundational analytics dashboards. The Solutions Analyst collaborates closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience, follow best practices, and contribute to successful client implementations.
This is a contract to hire position and requires the ability to work in our Chicago office 2-3 times per week.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Workflow Configuration: Configure standard workflows (e.g., Incident, Safety) according to provided specifications.

  • Data Pipeline Support: Assist with the development and ingestion of claim data pipelines, following established procedures.

  • Analytics Dashboard Contribution: Support the creation and maintenance of basic analytics dashboards.

  • Requirement Analysis: Begin developing an understanding of client business needs and requirements with guidance from senior team members.

  • Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate documentation of configurations and implementation processes.

  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior analysts and solution architects to contribute to client-facing projects.

  • Professional Development: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance knowledge of the RMIS platform and industry best practices.



Required Skills:



  • Foundational understanding of insurance, risk management, or claims-related data

  • Familiarity with data entry and basic data manipulation

  • Introductory knowledge of workflow configuration principles

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions

  • Basic familiarity with data pipelines and analytics concepts
