Join our team as an Entry-Level Structural Engineer in St. Louis who is excited about designing everything from new, multi-building complexes to intricate historic structure renovations. With mentorship and guidance, you'll be accountable for technical quality of engineering tasks and construction document creation. As part of our Graduate Development Program, you'll engage with interdisciplinary counterparts and senior leadership to explore different facets of the company, expand your professional network, and learn more about our dynamic industry.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor Degree in Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering(with a structural emphasis) from an ABET-accredited program
- Interest in buildings-related design projects
- Proactive attitude of taking independent initiative, exhibiting creative problem-solving and eagerness to learn, while remaining dedicated to teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- United States Citizenship
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (with a Structural emphasis) from an ABET-accredited program
- 3.0 GPA, minimum
- Engineer Intern (EI) or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
- Familiarity with BIM 360 and Revit
- Familiarity in structural finite element analysis software (e.g., ETABS, RISA, RAM)
- Interest in utilizing graphical programming and scripting (e.g. Dynamo, Python, etc.)
- Interest in civil works structures-related design projects
