Role 1 : Servicenow Platform Admin/Engineer

Solid understanding of Servicenow Platform, MID Server Architecture, High Availability/Disaster
Recovery etc
Lead the design and roll-out of complex ServiceNow Installations, ensuring they align with
industry best practices and client needs
Building a new experience in the Servicenow support portal by adding and configuring
components, pages, and themes ;
Experience with Enhancing the ServiceNow Virtual Agent with Now Assist to provide
conversational, context-aware self-service experiences for users
Experience in creating and deploying custom GenAI skills unique to business workflows using the
Now Assist Skill Kit
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with a focus on designing and
implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Up to date with the latest updates and features in the ServiceNow platform, advocating for their
adoption when relevant.

Role 2: Servicenow and CMDB Admin- ITAM (HAM/SAM)
Keywords : HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CSDM, Asset Lifecycle Management, Asset Discovery Service Mapping
Expertise in implementation/support of integration with ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management
Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and security teams to improve HAM,SAM activities with
broader IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives.
SAM Pro Specific Skills
Configure and maintain the ServiceNow SAM Pro module, including software models,
discovery models, entitlements, and license metrics.
Execute regular reconciliation processes comparing discovered software installations
with purchased licenses (entitlements) to determine the effective license position (ELP).
Experience with scripting (JavaScript) and integrations (e.g., SCCM, Discovery)
HAM Pro Specific Skills
Develop and implement strategies and automate processes for hardware acquisition,
receipt, deployment, maintenance, and secure disposal, ensuring compliance with ITAD
(IT Asset Disposal) standards.
Ensure HAM data integrity within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB),
leveraging ServiceNow Discovery and other integrations to populate CI data
automatically.
Experience of developing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other
systems using APIs, web services, and middleware
Experience building integration with procurement systems - Coupa and Zip
Experience on Integration technologies such as Web Services, SOAP, HTTP, MID Server.

Role 3: Servicenow Developer
Keywords : Servicenow Workflows, Service Catalog, REST/SOAP API, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer
Experience Supporting technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as Change
Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Catalog.
Configure and enhance the Service Catalog, including request forms, catalog items, and
fulfillment processes.
Utilize IntegrationHub for building and managing complex integrations.
Develop and maintain solutions using Flow Designer for process automation.
Proven experience with ServiceNow Workflows development and customization.
