About the Role
The Global HR System Administrator Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is an integral part of the Human Capital team. This role will be responsible for spearheading the research and functional management of the PeopleSoft system, with a strong emphasis on system optimization, user experience enhancement, and seamless integration across multiple platforms, as well as analyzing current processes and recommending innovative improvements by leveraging PeopleSoft capabilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role will be located in our Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
Participating in strategic planning sessions to align PeopleSoft capabilities with long-term organizational goals
Conducting thorough testing and validation of system configurations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability
Developing comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes, facilitating transparency and ease of understanding
Leading and mentoring HRIS team members, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and development to maximize team performance and engagement
Working closely with PeopleSoft technology and other business units to ensure system configurations are tailored to meet organizational needs and strategic goals
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that the company retains
We d love to hear from you if you:
Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of PeopleSoft HR modules, including system configuration, maintenance, and optimization
Possess comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including payroll, benefits administration, reporting, analytics, compensations, and compliance
Demonstrate familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, particularly in the context of HRIS implementations and upgrades
And have:
A bachelor s degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, information systems, or a related field
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in HRIS or a related field
Experience with PeopleSoft engineering, managing HR technology projects, and team leadership, preferably
