We are a startup company developing an AI-powered voice companion designed to reduce isolation and provide an added layer of support for older adults-while also offering families valuable insights into the well-being of their loved ones. Our mission-driven team is tackling impactful challenges at the crossroads of healthcare and technology, including exploring ways to detect health conditions through voice analysis

We're seeking a Product Designer to lead the development of a cohesive design system spanning web, mobile, and voice experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who brings equal passion to crafting intuitive interfaces and evoking emotional resonance. You'll prototype with speed, design with empathy, and explore how to create experiences that feel both human and trustworthy-especially in AI-driven environments

The ideal candidate will also have 2-8 years of experience - enough to bring strong product judgment and design intuition, along with the hunger to build something lasting from the ground up.

What you need to be able to do:

• Designing the end-to-end experience for both seniors and their families
• Designing a product growing across both DTC and B2B channels; crafting experiences that resonate emotionally in a home setting while also feeling credible in a clinical or institutional care setting.
• Crafting clean, intuitive interfaces for onboarding, family dashboards, and interaction summaries
• Prototyping and testing rapidly with real users to validate emotional and functional clarity

Qualifications:

• 2-10 years of experience in design for SaaS software applications
• Strong skills in Figma and other design tools.
• 0-1 Experience
• Startup/Founding Designer Experience
• AI experience

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers compensation ranging from $140-180K a year. Competitive salary, equity that will be worth something, and benefits.
