Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 6+ years of experience in Workforce Software Application
3. 4+ years of experience in development/configuration
4. Experience in Workforce Management, Configuration Management, Cross-Functional, Technical Analysis, Application Testing, Problem Solving, Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), and Software Development Lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements related to workforce management processes.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and technical designs for WorkForce Software solutions.
- Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial business analysis and functional design through system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop detailed test plans, execute system testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements and perform optimally.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical design documents, user manuals, and implementation guides.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of WorkForce Software applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Payroll, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data flow between WorkForce Software and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within workforce management systems through regular audits and data governance practices.
- Support production deployments, software upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
