Job Details
Pega LSA with Constellation
Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX (Need Onsite day 1, hybrid 3 days from office).
Contract - W2 only.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Pega application design, development, and deployment, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Architect scalable and robust Pega solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Mentor and guide Pega developers and systems architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct reviews of technical deliverables and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega features, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Document architectural decisions, designs, and technical specifications.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Requirements:
- Pega Certification: Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
- Strong experience in Pega constellation.
- Minimum of 10+ years of Pega Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC platform, rules, data models, integration, UI, and decision strategies.
- Experience in designing and developing complex Pega applications.
- Familiarity with Pega CSSA, LSA, or similar certifications.
- Hands-on experience with Pega integrations, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior staff, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
