Job Title: Fullstack Developer
Duration: 12 Month contract with Possible extension
Location/Rate: Addison, TX ~ 60-68/hr w2 (HYBRID)
Location/Rate: Charlotte, NC ~ $60-65/hr w2 (HYBRID)

NOTE: Local candidates - no relocations. Full On-Site OR Hybrid schedule requirement of a
minimum of 3 days per week. Day 1 will be onsite.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business
goals. Key requirements of the role include ensuring that the software is built to meet functional,
non-functional and compliance requirements.
This role codes solutions, unit tests, and ensures that the solution can be integrated successfully into
the application/system with clear, robust and well-defined interfaces.
Key Responsibilities: -
Contributes to story refinement/defining requirements
- Participates and guides team in estimating work requirements to realize a story/requirement
through the delivery life cycle
- Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
- Codes solutions, unit tests and integrates with broader application ecosystem
- Utilizes multiple architectural patterns/components in design and delivery of solutions
- Documents and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, and support of
business functionality
- Participates and contributes in delivery/release (CI-CD) events

Tertiary Skill: Database/ Network/ Server admin
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Looking for a highly motivated full stack engineer with a variety of hands-on experience to explore
existing and emerging technologies to drive Financial Center modernization efforts. This individual
contributor will be part of small team of technically strong individuals who support industry leading,
multi-year, multi-gen teller transformation effort working on projects, trouble shooting, and
developing proof of concepts. Industry leading applications developed by this team enable Financial
Center associates to service clients using both desktop and iPads. The candidate must be able to
document and communicate findings and options to all levels of the organization from both the
technology and business.
Typically requires minimum of 7-10 years of experience.
Must have a bachelor s degree or equivalent degree is required.
UI: Angular/HTML/JavaScript/CSS, JQuery, Handlebars, Node/NPM
Services: Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Spring Security and Authentication, Hibernate/JPA
Testing: Junit, Mockito, Jasmine

and SOAP interfaces, Experience working with large code bases and collaborating with other team
members, Experience troubleshooting system wide issues, Experience using Eclipse, STS & VS Code
IDEs.
