RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a partially remote ERP Program Manager to join their team.
We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Specialist to lead and manage enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations across diverse client environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering ERP programs using Oracle or SAP, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end ERP program delivery, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics
* Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations
* Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, and change management activities
* Provide strategic guidance on ERP best practices, governance, and optimization
* Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in ERP program management, with hands-on delivery of Oracle or SAP implementations
* Strong understanding of ERP architecture, business processes, and system lifecycle
* PMP or equivalent certification preferred
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
